    We serve the City of Calgary and the surrounding municipalities. If you’re not located within Calgary, let us know where you are and we’ll get back to you quickly to confirm availability.

    Unless the visit time is a considerable amount or you need full-time cleaners, we will send one per location.

    Our office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM. Our cleaning schedule is 24/7 and we will respond to emails sent to info@yycclean.com within 24 hours.

    Not at all! We accept forms of payment via the following methods: Credit Card, Bank Deposits, and Cheques. For new clients, we do bill at the start of the month.

    No problem! You can either call us at 587.353.7949 or toll-free at 1.877.30.CLEAN or email in at info@yycclean.com and we can handle that for you. Depending on notice there may be a cancellation fee depending on your contract.

    If you are a customer of YYC Clean, we guarantee that our cleaners will leave your place spotless. If for whatever reason you’re not happy, let us know within 24 hours and we promise to send a cleaner out to take care of the problem for free.

    Yes! We have partnered with a company called Swept. Customers can log into their app to communicate with their office cleaning staff and manager with any feedback. We will also use this tool to communicate with you! Details are provided during our customer onboarding and orientation.
